3RBA provides opportunities, access and resources to LGBT+ business owners and professionals operating in the Pittsburgh/Greater Allegheny Region and their allies. As an NGLCC affiliate, we are committed to expanding the economic interests of LGBT+ owned and allied businesses through advocacy, education, business development and growth, diversity, leadership, and partnerships throughout our region. Three Rivers Business Alliance (3RBA) is a chamber of commerce which seeks to promote, expand and improve the economic interests of businesses owned by(LGBT+) persons in the Pittsburgh/Greater Allegheny Region and their allies by engaging in the following activities throughout its operations: 1.
