A lot of business owners and their teams are familiar with DISC, a behavioral assessment tool that helps teams improve communication, teamwork, and leadership throughout the organization. DISC identifies and gauges four primary personality traits, each on a spectrum: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. DISC Reports then detail how these characteristics often manifest themselves in individuals and how teams can reconcile and even leverage these differences. But what do the main DISC profiles really look like? To provide a better understanding of the different DISC styles and how those behaviors manifest in a real-world setting, we created a hypothetical business team, each representing high scores in a particular style.
