I feel immense gratitude and inspiration as we wrap up the Teach For America National Convention! ?? It’s been an incredible opportunity to connect with passionate educators, leaders, and advocates from across the country who are all dedicated to our collective goal of transforming education and expanding opportunity for every child. Over the past 35 years, our alumni have made an extraordinary impact, with 14,000 teachers in classrooms, 1,400 school leaders, 1,000 school system leaders, 1,675 policy, advocacy, and organizing leaders, 300 elected officials, and 200 social entrepreneurs. I am invigorated about our Ignite Fellowship and those who choose to provide tutoring for students. We know it works—tutoring and mentorship have proven academic results, but what truly moves me are the stories from students about the impact Ignite tutors and TFA teachers have had on their personal lives. I’m so proud to have this program at our CCV chapter and look forward to expanding into more schools in our region. A huge thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this event possible at the gorgeous Helios Education Campus. Thank you TFA Phoenix for hosting! And a sincere thank you to our TeachForAmerica CEO, Elisa Villanueva Beard, for her tireless dedication to this work. We will miss you! What a fantastic turnout at our 20th-anniversary celebration! Two decades ago, we founded 3fold with a vision to not just serve clients, but to deeply connect with and contribute to thriving communities. This event was a testament to that vision, with 120 attendees coming together to support our Book Drive, resulting in 132 donations. This means we've covered 45% of reading programs for our Teach for America partner—truly demonstrating the power of our community connections. Beyond the numbers, it's about the culture we've cultivated here at 3fold—a culture of passion, dedication, and impactful engagement. We've had the privilege of working with some of the state’s most impactful organizations in education, healthcare, government, and nonprofits, thanks to the incredible talent and commitment of our team. As we celebrate these milestones, we look forward to continuing our mission of delivering meaningful work and generating measurable impact throughout California's communities.
