I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend a PMI Pikes Peak Regional, Colorado Chapter event with Mark Campbell from 3dot Insights, and it was truly eye-opening. Mark’s presentation highlighted AI's transformative power in shaping project management's future, and I left feeling energized and eager to learn more. We explored fascinating concepts like LLMs, SLMs, and AI Agents and discussed the unique challenges of "hallucinations" and data leakage – it's incredible how quickly this field is evolving. Learning how LLMs and SLMs are programmed using matchboxes and Dr. Suess was entertaining and educational. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to leverage my existing skills and develop new AI literacy and security expertise. It's an exciting time to enter this dynamic landscape, and I'm eager to embrace the learning journey ahead. We had a fantastic Digital Identity Alliance event this month. It's the last one of the year and we really went out with a bang!!! Thought leaders Mark Campbell and Darren Mar-Elia presented an engaging story on decentralized identity. Excellent content that really got the audience to participate.
