This week at 3D Girls, Inc. Girls Link Up summer camp has been anything but boring! The girls have been busy bees, diving into hands-on academics, PLUS some amazing activities you won't find in a regular classroom: ??Cool Cash Money Camp - with Tionna Skipper Delta Community Credit Union learning valuable skills in finance and budgeting. ????♀? Daily meditation & sound bowl sessions with Jasmine W. helped our campers find their inner zen. ???? SEL/Dance with Angelica Alexander, M.A. and Deidra Brooks, MS, LMSW got the girls moving and learning about somatic movement. ?? We even had adolescent health classes with the Fulton County Board of Health SKYE program and The JEWELS of GA! ?????? In art class, the girls became mini-Kandinskys, creating portraits using the concentric circles technique! ?? Self-defense with Divas In Defense Thanks to Skye Walton the girls learned valuable skills to stay safe. And the highlight of the week? Our first field trips to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a VIP S.T.E.A.M. tour sponsored by Georgia Power Company + Disney Inside Out 2 private movie screening Regal Cinema!
