On March 10th, we had the privilege of celebrating International Women’s Day with a meaningful event that left us all feeling empowered and connected. The day began with a warm welcome and breakfast, setting the stage for a series of insightful panel discussions. Our first panel, "2025 Capital Markets Shifting Landscapes," was expertly moderated by Paula Senna Ganem. The panelists, Tara Dziedzic, Christine Sandler, Crystal Shen, and Sally Mace, shared their deep insights into the evolving dynamics of capital markets. Their discussion highlighted the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, providing valuable perspectives for navigating the future. Following this, we delved into "Global Trading 2025: Trends, Liquidity, and Market Evolution." I had the honor of moderating this panel featuring Constance Lo, Jessica D'Alton, and Laurie McAughtry.
