Join Our Team: Part-Time HR Personnel Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time HR Personnel Coordinator to manage HR operations and ensure compliance across our Dayton, Franklin, and Cincinnati locations. This role offers a flexible schedule, up to 20 hours per week (1st shift), and the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Hiring: Lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, and manage HR systems such as Brittco and Paylocity. 2. File Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure adherence to DODD and DOL regulations. 3. Scheduling & Coordination: Align and manage employee schedules across locations. 4. Training & Performance: Oversee training compliance, facilitate DODD-mandated education, and conduct annual performance reviews. 5. Payroll & Timekeeping: Verify timesheets and ensure accurate payroll processing. 6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on DODD and DOL standards to ensure policies remain compliant. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or the developmental disabilities sector. 2. Knowledge of DODD rules and DOL regulations, or a willingness to learn. 3. Proficiency in HR systems; experience with Brittco and Paylocity is a plus. 4. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 5. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. 6. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
