  • We kicked off Strong Leader Academy with the City of West Sacramento’s Department of Parks & Recreation! ?? Led by our incredible facilitator, Alisa McDonald, this first session brought together teams for a day of learning, reflection, and connection—all through the lens of strengths-based leadership. The session was packed with interactive exercises, movement-based learning, and creative strengths-inspired artwork designed to help leaders grow and thrive. Through Strong Leader Academy, leaders gain: ? Increased self-awareness of personal strengths and leadership styles ? Enhanced ability to build and sustain high-performing teams ? Improved communication and relationship-building skills ? Strategies to maintain peak performance while overcoming challenges Huge thanks to Kate Smith and her team for their enthusiasm and engagement! We’re excited to continue this journey over the next six sessions.
