I’m delighted to have been appointed as the next Global Chair of 30% Club Global. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of building leadership teams and cultivating environments where the brightest minds can contribute, be themselves, and bring their unique perspectives to the table. Enabling all voices to be heard just makes good business sense and allows Board and C-suite teams to have?more robust discussions, and ultimately, drive commercial outcomes. Led by more than 1,000 Chairs and CEOs from companies across 20 markets, 30% Club is committed to achieving better balance in senior leadership teams across organizations globally. With this new role, I look forward to working with the campaign’s global members to encourage CEOs from some of the world’s largest companies to continue addressing the obstacles faced by all aspiring leaders, strengthen their talent pipeline at every stage, and ultimately, pave the way for the best people to progress into senior leadership positions. ?? Ahead of #iwd2025 the 30% Club France Investor Group is pleased to announce today the publication of its fourth annual report! For the symbol, our cover page is a nice reminder of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games as we believe that the Olympic Games are reflective of the successful combination of gender diversity and performance. For the content, you will find our key learnings from our 2024 engagement campaign and the best practices we saw across listed companies in France. ?? On the positive side, the proportion of women in executive bodies is averaging 30%, aligned with the initial stage of the #RixainLaw However, a more detailed analysis reveals that only 22% have reached a representation of 40% or more, thus the second target set by the law remains challenging. ?? We will continue to advocate for more consistency and granularity in disclosure to assess the genuine ambition of investee companies. We are cautiously optimistic as there is still some way to go and regression cannot be excluded in times of economic and political uncertainties.
