We recently shared some journaling prompts with our community to help notice and develop self-trust. Building self-trust can make you a more effective leader. It can also improve your ability to make decisions without stress and to navigate challenging situations with confidence. If you're feeling stuck or suffering from low confidence at work, it's a key area to work on. Self-trust journal prompts: 1. How does trusting yourself feel? 2. When was the last time you felt deeply connected to your intuition? 3. During which part of your menstrual cycle do you trust yourself the most? If you have a menstrual cycle, don't skip the third prompt. Finding the parts of your cycle where you naturally have the most self-trust can be an amazing tool to use as you work on building this feeling more of the time. #Leadership #Confidence #WomenAtWork
PSA: Accepting that people who menstruate don't have the same energy levels throughout the month won't hurt your productivity. If you know you struggle during your luteal phase, take action the week before: - Meal prep or ask for help from others in your home if you usually manage meals. - Give yourself permission to do less. - Get really protective of your calendar.? - Build in time for intentional rest. It might feel like you're being defeated by your cycle, but if you track your wellbeing and productivity over a few cycles, you should find that both increase when you listen to your body. #Productivity #Rest #WomenEntrepreneurs

What is intuition? A dictionary definition is?'the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning.' You can also think of it as pattern recognition, where your brain looks at external clues and past events to make a decision at extreme speed. The process is so fast that it feels like you haven’t had to think about your reaction, feeling, or decision. It probably won't surprise you to hear that some parts of your menstrual cycle can positively impact your intuition or sense of self-trust. In our latest newsletter, we shared more about the two times in your cycle when you might find you have increased intuition along with some journaling prompts around the topic. If this sounds interesting, we'd love to have you join our biweekly newsletter list: https://lnkd.in/e2Cm_W4g #WomenInLeadership #Intuition #Leadership #SelfTrust

Here's a productivity hack you might not get from a typical career coach: Get to know your menstrual cycle. When you understand how the phases of your cycle affect your energy, mood, and productivity, you can find your natural rhythms and work with them! Why does it matter what phase of your cycle you're in? Your hormone levels change throughout your cycle. These changes mean you will be better suited to different types of work on different days. Think deep focus vs. networking. Hormonal shifts can also cause stress and mood swings, especially if you’re not prepared for them. Here's what you can do: - Track your cycle so you know when to expect the different phases. - Take not of your productivity, your strengths, and your weaknesses in each cycle phase. - Start using tools like mindfulness techniques, journaling, and goal setting that aligns with each part of your cycle to stay balanced and empowered. We're working on something to make this whole process easier. A product made for women, by women. More coming soon! #Productivity #Femtech #WomenEntrepreneurs

Business and entrepreneurship both have seasons. It’s not go, go, go all the time… Long-lasting success is usually a cycle of different phases: - Innovation? - Focused work? - Growth? - Rest - Repeat Our lives have different seasons where we might balance work and personal life differently. Nature has seasons. Even relationships can have seasons where we get closer to people or grow further apart. And women’s menstrual cycles have seasons too. By leaning into these different seasons (or phases), women can perform better and feel better. So, what if we normalized using our inner seasons to our advantage? #WomenEntrepreneurs #WomenInBusiness #WomenInLeadership #Health
