Since the initial 6-month Pilot where we processed an initial set of 50,000 tax returns?with the most complex 1040 plus 25 additional forms with over 1M pages, we have invested in scaling our full managed services capacity with a new digital intake center in Elkins, WV. Our paperless processing solution achieves 100% accuracy with a proven “Human In The Loop” process to ensure that our finished product is accurate, compliant, and meets all NARA specifications.?Digital output from our AI/ML solution is seamlessly ingested into the IRS Modernized Electronic Filing system.?We are ready to help the IRS through the current filing season and beyond with the ability to scale on demand with #FEDRAMP-compliant solutions in our highly secured facilities.
