21 Plus, Inc. operates programs for people with disabilities in New Jersey. Our programs offer a variety of opportunities that reflect each individuals needs and preferences. This is accomplished through a person-centered plan to identify specific interests, support needs and choices. Individual plans are monitored daily and annually by a multidisciplinary team, the individual served and family or significant others. All of our programs reflect the mission of 21 Plus, Inc., person-centered plans and a philosophy of providing meaningful lives for people with disabilities, with an emphasis on community-inclusion.

Please Keep the Lights on for the IDD Community and lend your support to an across-the-board rate increase of $84 million (with an $84 million federal match) for community services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Providers care for people, therefore, there are no shortcuts that will lower costs as in other industries. The reality is absent a strong service system, we turn back the clock 30 years when individuals had few opportunities to live in the community. The other option of institutional care is significantly higher than community services.
