We are seeking a dedicated volunteer Community Manager to spearhead the growth and organization of the 2048 community. This role focuses on community engagement, coordination, and structuring, with a particular emphasis on fostering a supportive and active community environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain the 2048 community. - Grow the community group and facilitate discussions between stakeholders. - Support with organizing events, contests, or other activities to promote community interaction. - Organize community data, track engagement, and manage community resources. - Monitor community feedback and sentiment, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Regularly update community members on relevant news, updates, and opportunities related to 2048. - Work with the team to ensure information between different departments (Partnerships, Marketing and Community) is streamlined and clear. Requirements: - Availability of approximately 10 hours per month . - Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or a related field. - Proficiency in using and navigating Airtable for data organization and management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with community members. - Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for fostering communities and driving engagement.
