Our Mission At the 2044 Collective, our mission is to create individualized, innovative strategies to bring forth freedom and justice. From our team and our expansive network of resources, we work collectively to ensure all communities are able to thrive. Our Approach The 2044 Collective is an innovative new form of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting. We are the communities we hope to help build. Hailing from a wide range of fields each with a deep focus on specific issues of social inequity, we work together to bring about freedom and justice in our schools, places of work, and communities. By offering the collective power of a highly trained group of consultants of color, we are able to utilize our deep educational, professional, and lived experiences to create effective solutions.
