Fuel is a non-negotiable cost in the trucking industry and is crucial for the movement of goods. Companies cannot significantly reduce fuel usage without compromising their operations. Consequently, even substantial price hikes do not drastically lower fuel demand. #truckingcosts #fuelcosts #logisticschallenges #fuelefficiency #truckingindustry

Step 11: Delayed payments. A claim. A fraudulent broker who has no intention of paying up. One issue could sink your whole operation if you haven’t diversified your business. Our advice: Concentrate no more than 20% of your capacity with any single broker or shipper if you can help it. (Another advantage of Diversification: You’ll have more freight rate data flowing in, leaving you better positioned to negotiate fair pricing.)
