**TOTAL FORCE SUPPORT** 1/25 Reserve Marines and Inspector Instructor staff, with local recruiters from RS Boston and RS Springfield, host a field day for future Marines consisting of a combat fitness test, question and answer sessions, instruction on preparing and eating MRE's, and hands on training with various weapons systems and tactical vehicles.

1st Battalion, 25th Marines Inspector Instructor command team and reserve leadership visited Recruiting Station Springfield to discuss total force support to recruiting and retention and establish mutually supporting relationships. RS Springfield covers most of Massachusetts and all of Connecticut and Rhode Island. They directly support 1/25 through their recruiting efforts while we enhance them through participation in IRR musters, poolee functions, extended active duty, reserve recruiter aid, and the prior service enlistment programs.
