New look, same mission. Every year, we look forward to hosting clients, industry experts, and thought leaders at our PBM Summit. Yesterday, we were especially excited to commence our fifth annual event in Park City, as we debuted our new branding. This new branding aligns us to the look of both Select Health and Intermountain Health, and more closely connects us to our shared mission and values. ? This year’s program is extraordinary – we will examine the industry from different perspectives, explore hot button topics, discuss legislation and policy related to PBMs and drug prices, solutions to better manage high-cost therapies, and so much more.

It was great to see Scripius represented at the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute Annual National Conference last week in Orlando! Jennie Barlow, Director of Pharmacy Relations, and Cody Olsen, Director of Formulary Management, shared work Scripius is doing to meet the needs of customers looking for transparency within a PBM while finding opportunities to reduce cost. Right now, Scripius is swiftly moving to biosimilars, reducing GLP-1 spend by investing in efficient clinical programs, and promoting transparent pharmacies. Beginning in October, most of our members who use SGLT-2 inhibitors can use their insurance benefits to access low-cost Brenzavvy through the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC and Intermountain Health's Home Delivery Pharmacy. This move will help our health plan and PBM clients achieve the lowest-net cost while providing members with this important diabetes therapy. #PBM #PharmacyBenefits #CostTransparency
