Holland has been instrumental in the success of several projects, including Lafayette High School, Indigo Hotel Renovations, and currently at LSU HSE Lab Renovations in downtown New Orleans. Upon graduating from our LEAP program, Holland was promoted to Estimator! She is an exceptional asset to LEMOINE, and we are excited to watch her continued growth! Congratulations, Holland! -- LEAP, LEMOINE Engineering Advancement Program, is LEMOINE’s hands-on training experience. LEAP Participants are guided through the disciplines of Estimating, Project Management, and Field Supervision. Each participant is matched with a coach to provide extensive one-on-one support and individualized feedback. Through the formal rotation, LEAP participants are exposed to a well-rounded professional experience in the field of construction management. After the training period, the LEAP participant and their coaches evaluate strengths to determine the right long-term career path. #1LEMOINE #WomenInConstruction

LEMOINE is proud to announce our next landmark project in Baton Rouge—the new Louisiana State Police Crime Laboratory. This 115,000 SF state-of-the-art facility will enhance forensic capabilities for the Louisiana State Police, featuring specialized forensic laboratories, staff offices, evidence warehousing, and meeting spaces. In addition to the cutting-edge interior, the project includes site preparation, parking and service drives, utility infrastructure, site lighting, and advanced security and surveillance systems. We’re honored to contribute to this critical facility, supporting the pursuit of justice and public safety in Louisiana. LEMOINE Infrastructure is making great strides at the 900+ acre site in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana, preparing it for a major renewable energy development. Our work includes clearing and grubbing existing cane fields, excavating, and backfilling ditches, performing earthwork and grading for solar pad installation, constructing access roads and permanent site entrances, and installing pipe culverts for efficient drainage.
