We're about to end a year when #ESG came under attack in several ways—including major investors pulling back on using the term. But we're also seeing a regulatory environment increasingly focused on sustainability with provable results. What I'm proud of about our 18 Coffees approach to ESG strategy is that we've worked with industry leaders to outline a maturity model, but also relied on our communications background to outline different approaches to talking about these issues depending on your industry environment.
