Yesterday morning, I was disheartened to read a Fast Company article on DEI becoming less popular with US workers. But then yesterday afternoon, I had the awesome opportunity to hear from Shawn Finnie, EVP of The Cultural Agency, who reminded us of the cost of inaction and encouraged allies to ask questions so they can better support. There's much more corporate America can and should do on the DEI front, but I'm grateful to work at a place like 160over90 that continues to focus attention on diversity, equity, and inclusion and uplifts critical voices in the conversation. https://lnkd.in/esX8Zp3S

One of my favorite things about 160over90 is the opportunities it brings at the highest level. I was lucky enough to judge round 1 of The Big Pitch this year, and there were some epic ideas. Congrats to Pilar Fort for the win! Can't wait to see where this goes.
