Taking Care of Marea Village: In partnership with AO Architects and Fenway Capital, 120 Degreez provided MEP design services for the mixed-use community along North Coast Highway 101 in Leucadia, California. The scope of work 120 Degreez provided included MEP as well as Construction Administration services for this thriving community environment boasting an abundant 96 apartment units, including 20 affordable units, and an 18,000 square foot 34-key boutique hotel and expansion of the Alila Marea Resort with over 18,000 square feet for luxury retail and upscale walking paseos, pedestrian plazas with outdoor seating and a 257-space subterranean parking garage, creating an opportunity for high-end, luxury tenants alongside opulent retail at a premier location. #MEPEngineering #MareaVillage #Infastructure #Construction #Mixeduse
