Please join us in celebrating the successes of our award recipients of 2024, starting with the MVP winner! ?? There are employees that you can tell from day one that they are going to do something special. They possess that je ne sais quoi - that spark that you can’t wait to watch grow and morph into more. The 2024 116 & West MVP, Sara Timberlake, was that employee from the start. To this day, Sara continues to blow us away with her approach to life and work. She rolls up her sleeves and gets into the trenches with a smile. She tackles anything asked of her without complaint, and things well beyond her job description. She takes on projects that others have failed to master and makes them look easy. Beyond that, Sara has a kindness and warmth to her that makes others feel welcome and like they have a built-in advocate from the start. It goes without saying that our success in 2024 would not have been what they were without Sara’s hard work and dedication to the agency.
