Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the Visit San Jose team for an unforgettable evening at our distillery. We catered a 5-course pairing dinner that perfectly complemented our range of whiskies; including filet mignon, savory bread pudding with mushroom and gorgonzola, and a selection of fine cheeses. The night wrapped up with an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our distillery. We hope you had as much fun with us as we did with you!?Thank you to Matthew Martinucci for making this happen!
