We are so grateful for our partnership with Centerspace. Together we have collaborated to create so many beautiful, functional spaces! As designers we bring design skills and construction knowledge to the table. However, to truly produce a project that meets our clients goals a process-driven, collaborate approach is essential. At 10K we believe listening, being proactive, advocating for our clients, and taking great care in our work is paramount in every project we do! FINAL PHOTOGRAPHS ARE IN! The extensive renovation of the clubhouse at Woodland Pointe Apartments transformed the space into a vibrant hub of activity and relaxation, enhancing the living experience for all residents. The underused and problematic indoor pool has been converted into a spacious community room and state-of-the-art fitness center, complemented by an expanded leasing office, a pool-side game room, and a dedicated work-from-home space that is equipped with all the essentials for productivity. The renovation preserved the building’s most striking architectural feature—wood glue laminated beams and ceilings—meticulously cleaned and exposed to serve as the foundation for a mid-century modern aesthetic throughout the clubhouse. The design of the new spaces draws inspiration from these original wood ceilings, blending contemporary touches with classic charm to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. The 10K team recently completed a project with Centerspace to renovate the amenity spaces on the top floor of The Venue on Knox apartment building. The height of this building offers exceptional views of Minneapolis and Lake Bde Maka Ska. The layout of the community room and roof deck has been carefully considered to maximize these views. Final photographs are in for Premier Banks Hugo! The modern prairie style exterior features large overhangs, wood soffits, stone accent walls, and a warm finish palette. The scale of the building was carefully considered to fit within a more residential context. Great collaboration by the entire team! Photographs are in from Premier Bank's newest location in Hugo, Minnesota. The project is the result of a great collaboration with?Premier Banks?,?APPRO Development Inc. and CERRON Properties, LLC?,?iSpace Environments?, and?Contract Office Marketing. Premier Banks prides themselves on being readily accessible. Architecturally this means creating a space that is fully open and transparent for its customers. The space has been designed to maximize daylight and transparency, with the offices featuring demountable glass systems. The aesthetic of the exterior and interior has been designed to be modern, yet warm and approachable. We couldn’t be happier for the Hugo staff who get to move into their new beautiful space!
