? Member Spotlight - Meet Monica Stanton ? In a few words, "What are you up to these days?":?I work at First National Bank as a Branch Manager. We recently opened our brand new Headquarters office in Pittsburgh. And with its opening, I officially added a fourth branch location to manage! I absolutely love what I do- with a focus on lending and customer relationships, it feels like a perfect fit for me! Work keeps me busy during the day, but my nights and evenings are kept busy with my 3 year old! What are you most passionate about?:?I am most passionate about creating kindness around me, and giving back whenever I can. Whether that means my time, my energy or my dollar. What is your favorite thing to do in Pittsburgh?:?Taking my daughter, Ava on adventures in our city. We absolutely love going to the museums, science center, libraries, parks, shows, you name it! We especially love RAD (Allegheny County's Regional Asset District) days- it allows us to participate in events we might not have otherwise been introduced too. Why are you a member of 100 Women Pittsburgh?:?The impact my donation has when pooled together with other members, feels much more substantial and capable of making real change, to the nonprofits we select. In addition, the women in the group all practice and preach the attitude of gratitude. It feels good to be surrounded by ladies that you know are all there to make the places we live, simply better!
