A successful and long working career is dependent on staying healthy. Standing in the way, say some health experts, are diets marked by mountains of mac and cheese, greasy greens, buttery biscuits and other traditional soul food dishes. On the other hand, 100 Black Men of Syracuse believes many of those same dishes (first cooked up for survival sakes) can be re-fashioned into healthy, yet still tasty culinary treats. To prove the point, the 100 is hosting "Soul Food Junkies, Part 2" at 6 p.m., Thursday, November 21 at the Dunbar Center, 1453 So.
