RFP: Strategic Planning Consultant Collaborate with us in our work to provide long-term, individualized, social-emotional and academic support to under-resourced students and families through our 2-Generation model. The?"I Have A Dream" Foundation of Boulder County (IHDF)?is seeking an experienced consultant to guide the development of a strategic framework for 2026–2031. We invite qualified professionals or organizations with expertise in strategic thinking and planning to respond to our Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected consultant will work closely with our Strategic Planning Committee, board members, and key stakeholders to deliver a clear, actionable strategic plan by October 1, 2025. Key services include: Conducting surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews. Evaluating our mission, vision, and values in the context of community needs. We're excited to share that the?Denver Broncos Foundation?recently awarded us a grant to support?The Dreamer Scholars Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to support youth facing income inequality, with a particular focus on long-term enrichment starting from the early grades. Our program addresses academic needs, promotes social justice, and cultivates leadership skills to empower students from elementary through high school. The Denver Broncos Foundation is committed to making a positive impact on future generations by creating a “game plan” for life through youth health and wellness initiatives, dynamic in and out of school programming, and access to career pathways.
