Join Learning and Talent Leaders at LinkedIn's Talent Connect
Good news for learning leaders: For the first time since 2019, Talent Connect — LinkedIn’s premier event for global leaders and practitioners across the talent lifecycle — will be bringing our community together and shaping what the future of work will look like.
This year’s reimagined event, live from Los Angeles, October 25 to 27, will feature both a virtual broadcast that’s open to all (watch from home or office or while you’re on the go) and an exclusive in-person summit for senior industry leaders. Both audiences will be able to watch keynote addresses from an inspiring cast of speakers, including LinkedIn’s CEO Ryan Roslansky and chief economist Karin Kimbrough.
For those in attendance in Los Angeles, there will be the opportunity to network, collaborate, and problem-solve with hundreds of key leaders and influencers who have their fingers on the pulse of the latest trends, best practices, and innovative solutions affecting talent, learning and development, employee experience, and DEI practitioners. There will also be breakout sessions tackling everything from attracting and retaining Gen Z talent and mastering skills-first hiring to breaking down silos across HR and strengthening a hybrid workplace culture. Speakers leading breakout sessions include:
- Melissa Thompson, global head of talent at Ford Motor Company
- Laurie Ruettimann, author, podcast host, and workplace thought leader
- Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company
- Lars Schmidt, founder of Amplify, an HR consultancy and executive search firm
- Dr. Tana M. Session, organizational development and DEI strategist
Virtual attendees from around the world will be able to view a talk-show style broadcast also streaming from October 25 to 27. There will be moments when the broadcast drops into the in-person event, as well as virtual-only panel discussions and one-on-one interviews with industry experts — all designed to spark inspiration and equip those watching with the strategies and tips and tricks needed to be successful at their jobs now and in the future.
Registration for the Talent Connect virtual experience will open in mid-September. Stay tuned here on the blog and at the event showcase page for details, including more information on our lineup of can’t-miss keynote speakers. After more than two years of disruption, the future of work awaits. We can’t wait to help you shape that future and to bring you all together in October.
