There are a number of ways to keep your passwords safe and secure from the unwanted hacker. Someways include, but are not limited to: 1. Constant changing of your password. 2. Do not write your password down or save it online where it could be found and hacked. 3. Do not make your password one that is easily guessed by even someone who knows you. 4. Look online at the most common passwords and make certain you do not use them. 5. Enable 2FA 6. When you get a notification that there has been a unique log-in take note and make the corrections on those and change your password right then.

I have always found two-factor authentication a very useful and safe way of securing my passwords and preventing fraudulent activity on my work and personal account. Two factor authentication goes a long way to ensure that a device on which your account is not registered does not have access to your files.

Your staff are the first line of defense in a cyber attack, having them properly trained on processes and when to report phising and other items is very important. Most employees don't know how to identify a cyber attack.
