First and foremost is define clear roles and responsibilities through project management tools like jira, asana, set a deadline. Share Project Charter with the team. Start having 15-20 mins standup call daily to ensure team is working in the right direction or all are on the same page and fix a blocker if anyone have any. Take feedback and Track reports. Communicate with the client on weekly basis and share the progress of the project.

La base del éxito de todo proyecto como PM es mantener comunicados a todos los stakeholders, en mi experiencia, la mejor forma de mantener a todos "en la misma página" es sosteniendo reuniones ya sea via teams o presenciales (si el tipo de proyecto lo permite) donde se brinde un estado del avance del proyecto, las actividades que están on time, en ejecución y delay. El objetivo no solo es decir el estado de la tarea en especifico o proyecto en general, sino que ahi mismo poder solventar cualquier stopper o necesidades de cualquiera sea el equipo involucrado. En mi caso cuando estos plazos se ajustan se vuelve clave compartir con el equipo la realidad del proyecto, las razones que nos llevan a ajustar los plazos y los impactos que generaría no cumplir con ellos. Entendiendo eso es clave la identificación del panorama completo del estado del proyecto, identificar los puntos de mayor valor y mayor complejidad y hacer seguimiento diario con con cortes al final de la jornada. Es importante también el conocimiento del rendimiento de los profesionales que conforman el equipo y de los miembros del equipo para contemplar la posibilidad de introducir un refuerzo del equipo o distribuir tareas por secuencias continuas.
