You're working on a project. How can you make sure your time is well-managed?

-Clearly outline the project's objectives, deliverables, and desired outcomes. -Identify the stakeholders and understand their expectations. -Set specific boundaries to prevent scope creep and ensure focus.

While a project is being started the first and foremost rule is to set clear expectations between the stakeholders. Setting unrealistic timelines and failing to meet same will not only disappoint the receivers but also break the confidence within yourself at the very beginning. Always try and buy more time than needed, in that way delivering the project before the stipulated time will increase your and your team's credibility.

It's important to know which part of the project need a creative part with flexible amount of time and the pure technicals parts which needs a time that you can calculate. A good creative project is a mix between creativity and technic. If you are too technic the risk is to be not enough creative and the invert could also happen. So I define clearly how long I can take the time to be creative and depends on this I set the time I would need to achieve the project technically. In my mind I always allow more time to the creativity because the technique only must to be clean and not necessary always a high level or it could be improve later or by others.

When we are starting a project, the project charter will be prepared which will cover many aspects in a project that has been agreed by both the parties to avoid conflicts. In that time is also one of the aspects. The start time and the end time of the project are mentioned. So, when we are adhering to the time, it's very important that we complete it at that specified time. So, when we are giving an assurance about the time, it's important to discuss the tasks and their required time to complete with all the members involved in the project and we need to create plan of action in detail. Then we should assure the time for completion. And we should make sure that the estimated time is agreed by all the involved members of the project.
