With hybrid teams working across different timezones become the norm, it becomes imperative to have multiple tools which can easily integrate with one another to facilitate frictionless communication. For example, one can use Miro for designing and brainstorming, Confluence for documentation and Jira for task management, and link all 3 items together to ensure a consistent flow of information. Also, ensure that whatever tools are chosen are inclusive for everyone's needs, with required access provided for the roles as needed and easy to on-board and use from day 1.

For direct communication tools, using notes on paper and chatting is the best way. For a long projects, email is prefer than just shout out because there is history or background of the communication and the file is saved without any worries the files are lost.

One way that helps me is to write down what I want to talk about, read it, and make sure it makes sense before bringing it to the group. It will also ensure that you do not forget the items while communicating and you are being clear and avoiding going down the rabbit hole.

Using simple and direct language avoid any ambiguity and easily to remember that. Start with issues report, then the root causes, and last action plan that are discussed together with all stakeholders.

Make a schedule once a week to refresh all projects and share any though and any issues. It prevents the boundaries at the end of dateline, so there is no major issues that can cause the project failed.

As a team, everyone has a voice to share their thought. Every feedback are all collected and respect to any opinions. Give "good job" to have foster a positive and productive team culture.

Once you know the audience and what challenges in communication you might face when presenting your product plan/ideas, you can think of different ways to present your ideas. For example, if you're working on product demos within the team and the challenges is that tram members often get disconnected from what is going on, consider making it more interactive and informal. You can use GIFs, memes or funny videos to get the point across.
