I have been using kanban procedure for follow the taks for each team. The results are really good and wedo a review with all the teams every day , in a short meeting, for know the situation of each other and we can solve sometimes problems that other team is facing

In my experience it’s better to prioritize the projects and its’ goals even before starting them or as soon as possible if it’s not done yet. By doing this, one will always have an instruction of what to do in case of a ?conflict of interests?. This will save a lot of energy, resources and time and protect from irrational decisions.

Un proyecto nace de una idea de alguien, pero para llevarlo a la practica se necesita de un equipo. Y tiene que haber mucha comunicación entre todas las partes y en todas direcciones. Si todos los miembros del equipo no están en la misma página es difícil que ese proyecto llegue a buen puerto.
