Antes de qualquer coisa, estabele?a o objetivo e quem é o público. Já vi casos onde a área solicitante do evento n?o tinha claro qual era a mensagem a ser passada, o que fazia com o que evento ficasse estagnado, porque n?o era possível definir programa??o, palestrantes, convidados e até atrelar o tema a algum local específico e identidade do evento. Ent?o esse ponto é essencial, afinal todo o planejamento vai usar esse ponto como focal para seguir com as organiza??es.

Se você n?o quer o Trello, que pode ter a vers?o paga, o velho e bom excel pode ajudar muito, com a vers?o online dele você pode compartilhar com o time e editarem o mesmo arquivo para atualiza??es. Se você tem um pacote office mais completo, ainda pode usar o Planner, que é mais automatizado e traz funcionalidades como colocar os responsáveis pela tarefa, anexar arquivos, Prazos e status. Para identidade visual: se você é leigo no tema, n?o tem um bracinho de agência, o Canva é uma ótima ferramenta. Esse é ponto que pessoas de fora da área costumam falhar, por isso é importante incluir no radar se você é responsável pelo evento, principalmente quando é solicitado por pessoas fora da área. Os convidados se sentem perdidos quando as informa??es s?o enviadas parcialmente, mas ao mesmo tempo se envia uma enxurrada de informa??es, várias delas passam despercebido. Envie um email como save the date, depois refor?e com um convite que contemple mais informa??es além da data (horário de inicio e fim, local). Sustente ainda mais com novos lembretes, com programa??o, Dicas. E em alguns casos, é possível criar um Guia do Evento, com todos os detalhes compilados em único arquivo para que caso tenham perdido tenham o acesso a tudo em único email.

Completely agree with this perspective of empowering your team. I have had the benefit of when I was up-and-coming in this industry of having a boss that let me work autonomously and report back the results nightly. She would go through my nightly report and give me gentle guidance on where I could have made different decisions and recognized and applauded how I handle things on a regular basis. Her methods of mentoring me was instrumental for developing skills as an entrepreneurial business owner as an Event & Entertainment Producer years later. When your team feels valued and appreciated as well as empowered it’s a perfect recipe for producing flawless events.
