Document the above and build your plan, and let everyone of your key members of the project contribute to it. (Don't send the plan and then ask for inputs) 3. Finally Sprinkle AI around it, use AI Project Management like Notion to keep things synced across teams and work on simpliying updates and meeting notes. That's it. Keep it super simple.

Build a family! Yes it sounds ridiculous but building a e-family, community or group (I call it as HIVE) is essential to ensure that everyone is also emotionally connected! You know how to do it cause you have done it with your BFF, friends and relatives! Build a non professional group, e-celebrate their anniversaries! Be more human, believe me it works ??

Let's start with the obvious question here. How is working to keep people connected remotely on an AI project different from any other project? Well that answer is simple. It's trendy. If this was two years ago we'd be asking how best to keep a remote team connected on an NFT project. The thing is the answer is always the same. String. I've had teams on the east coast, west coast and everywhere in between. We stayed connected by holding strings that connected to each person. Different colors for each string to differentiate and know when Wendy was goofing off... We know you were goofing off Wendy. Yeah, it's a lot of string but we were a tight knit team... heh...

All the updates, statuses and issues must be saved in the teams folder which can be accessed by all in the team. Alerts should be messaged promptly on the channel.
