Si bien evaluar las tarifas de mercado pueden servir como referencia para aumentar el "precio", considero que es relativo, ya que se pueden elaborar programas high ticket basados en membresías y clases promocionales a largo plazo que serán percibidas como "ofertas de alto valor" quedando las limitaciones del mercado por fuera. También es importante considerar el mercado global y cuán conveniente es apostar en determinados países afectados por la inflación. Salir de la oferta presencial y moverse al mundo online, eligiendo así el mercado internacional más favorable, con un cambio de moneda que represente para el profesional un sueldo más elevado.

Como mencioné anteriormente, capacitarse no sólo en el área de la profesión (formación vocal) sino a otras relacionadas y complementarias como comunicación, mentoría, marketing, gestión, tecnologías. En mi caso he abarcado desde producción y grabación hasta terapias somáticas de la voz, también marketing de redes sociales, uso de plataformas, desarrollo de proyectos cubriendo otras áreas relacionadas y expandiendo el conocimiento como formadora.

La estrategia para solicitar un aumento debe ser congruente con el mercado en que se desempe?a la institución. En mi experiencia, la mejor forma de abordar esta solicitud es demostrando con algún proyecto o idea el impacto positivo que esto tendría en la institución y así trasladarlo al aumento de sueldo. Por ejemplo: es más valioso decir "He notado que podríamos aumentar la cantidad de alumnos haciendo... o aumentar los ingresos con precios más elevados y competitivos incorporando ... tal proyecto; de esta manera no solo aumentarian sus ingresos sino también el sueldo de los profesionales y esto sería una enorme motivación para... En vez que solicitar un aumento por necesidad. Clave, plantear la solución primero.
