Lo mas importante es enteneder el negocio como opera y que tecnología puede ayudara a contribuir, tener las herramientas necesarias e indicadas ayudaria mucho, luego buscar que es lo que se quiere cambiar o mejorar y lo mas importante es enfocar el esfuerzo para poder lograr resultados mas rapidos y dar un avance importante, con lo que mas se tiene problemas es pero con la gente con el Chip de la mentalidad de la forma de como han trabajado y convercerlos de como poder ayudar a cambiar esta forma de operar para salir adelante

Hay que evaluar claramente que tecnología puede ayudar y que es alcanzable para lo que necesitan, es importante poder empezar con alternativas evaluarlas y generar una prueba de concepto POC para evaluar si realmente puede ayudar a resolver el problema o hay otras alternativas, hay que contar con gente que tenga experiencia en estas soluciones y que ayude rapidamente a determinar si esto puede ayduar y sumar
