Create multiple sets of highlight reels. Having one that best represents your style is good, but showing you have versatility in your ability by showing multiple styles is also attractive. Be prepared ahead of time and build a few reels that each highlight certain styles for companies where it makes sense but also have at least one that shows your range of skills and styles.
