"Growth becomes sustainable because of strategic focus". Clearly Defined Expectations: I clearly define my target audience and set goals that guide me in implementing marketing strategies in tune with my brand and values. Prioritizing Open Communication: Continuous online engagement with my audience helps to build a very strong and loyal community, and many times their feedback is what guides my marketing adjustments. Assess and Keep Calm: Test one or two strategies, like social media campaigns or email marketing, and then measure their impact to determine whether they help support near-term and long-term growth.

Whatever you do, you need to be intentional. Have a Target in mind and take regular steps to execute towards that Target. I think a lot of people like to focus on doing something, rather than doing something intentional. If you want to do it on your own, spend the time to make sure you focus on those Target demographics. If you hire someone, make sure those people are asking you the right questions to help you focus on those targets. It might feel awkward as they keep asking questions, but the good ones keep asking until they have something workable to focus online.

I have found it is important to know which "growth engine" you plan to use. There are 3 common strategies for growing a company: Paid growth, sticky growth, or viral growth. Paid growth is clearly capital intensive, Sticky growth positions the value provided as mission critical, and viral growth depends significantly on current users inviting new users. Choosing the best strategy requires understanding one's timeline and budget.
