Additionally, I promote open communication, encouraging new reps to ask questions and share experiences, fostering a supportive learning environment. Most importantly, regular feedback loops help ensure that everyone remains aligned, allowing us to revisit and reinforce our core values and objectives continuously.

Manejamos la 1. capacitacion (nuevos ingresos) esta debe durar 1 mes (para mayor compromiso). 2. politicas de la empresa con lineamietos y politicas de la marca. 3. Desarrollo y comprension de cada estrategia y como se trabaja. 4. Ventas y como generar mayor impacto a nivel cliente-meta-tp. 5. Desarrollamos juntas semanales de 30 min para generar mayor impacto, que conozcan la marca y se enamoren del producto (solo asi se garantiza la eficiencia operativa). 6. Comunicacion efectiva. Sin esta seria muy dificil garantizar la coherencia, en donde ellos se sienta con la confianza de preguntar y aclarar las dudas. Somos el ejemplo de una empresa, si somos hostiles, desarrollaremos una empresa hostil y sin camino a ninguna parte.
