En lo personal considero que siempre se puedra innovar sin embargo obviamente debes considerar si el hacerlo te dara un valor agregado o solo cambiaras la forma de hacer las cosas para obtener el mismo resultado. para mi es muy importante que ademas de cubrir mi necesidad actual me genero un adicional, ese valor que a veces puede ser imperceptible porque solo buscamos un solo objetivo sin darnos cuenta que incluso te puede dar mas y por ende podras explotar mas el recurso, una vez considerando esto en mi caso aqui ya puedo determinar si el coste lo vale.

Em minhas experiências o custo de construir uma ferramenta foi significativamente menor que o custo de adquirir uma já consolidada, porém utilizei a metodologia de inova??o apenas em casos de or?amento muito alto. Para pequenos or?amentos a minha experiência foi mais voltada a sistemas/ferramentas já desenvolvidas pois costumam ter o dispêndio financeiro menor, mesmo que ocorram melhorias/incrementos.
