Test test test - no matter the years of IA experience you have, your users will still surprise you! Here are a few ways to test IA... ? Tree Testing: Users complete tasks based solely on the IA structure to see if they can intuitively navigate through the categories. ? Card Sorting: Users organize content into categories that make sense to them, revealing gaps in the proposed IA. ? First-Click Testing: Measure how effectively the IA guides users from the first click to the correct path for a task. ? Usability Testing: Users interact with a prototype while we observe their behavior and identify pain points.
