Initiate a "discovery" session to be very clear about identifying the problem/s. Zero-in on the one problem that needs immediate attention. Create a clear problem statement and get consensus and then brainstorm it with others. Discuss and explore possible solutions.

Firstly, I'll thoroughly analyze the problem's scope and underlying factors. Next, I'll brainstorm potential solutions, leveraging both my expertise and insights from diverse sources. Then, I'll prioritize solutions based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with organizational goals. Implementing a pilot test or prototype can help validate the chosen solution. Throughout the process, I'll maintain transparency, seek feedback, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure effective problem-solving.

the first step is to identify the problem. A problem well defined will help the thought leader to solve the problem. diagnosis of the problem correctly leads to a clear path toward a solution.

When needing to solve a problem, make sure you are getting a clear statement of the actual problem and not a symptom of the problem. For example, many people probably say "ransomware is the problem." In fact, ransomware is not really the problem - it is a symptom of the problem which is poor control design and lack of executive accountability for security.

Evidence is required to understand the problem which comes from support of information. Various sources of information can be explored.

I always like first to understand the tools and human resources I have with me, by 1:1, systems database and e-NPS, DISC, CRM, all types of information from Hard to Soft ones, once I understand what works and what needs improvement, once that is mapped, I can easily establish the new team methodology.

Generating solutions with pros and cons is the next step. The objective/s should be considered while generating solutions. Thought leaders should influence others in their thinking around the problem.

Once all data is clear and a new way, the solution is decided to be implemented, the next step is crucial, which is to make everyone in the process onboard to the new idea. So it needed to be aligned with the overall company mission and values, we need to have champions of the idea in each business unit and also, make it clear to all leaders, that it's part of their KPI that new solution to succeed, doing that, everyone will be onboard and don't say, its not part of their KPI.

Before implementing the solution, a proactive step should be taken to find out the expected hurdles. standards should be set so that actuals can be matched with standards.

There is always resistance to change. a thought leader should first unfreeze the situation, implement the solution, and then freeze the same.

Communicating is key to new ideas and success. Sometimes the project was well developed, but in the stage of implementation, it comes as a mandatory thing, people needed to sell and buy the new tool, service, or product into their day-to-day lives. So we need to create an involving communication, to make everyone, from the most senior to the intern in his/her first week, so we all have it clear. Change is everyone's priority and goal.

Learning from problems is a great way to gain experience and explore new opportunities. This allows you to reflect and continue to innovate till you arrive at a solution . In the midst of all this you also add a new skill set which increases your ability to growth !
