N?o importa o dia, sempre entro na sala de aula vibrante, como se viesse diretamente de uma celebra??o espetacular. Com um sorriso no rosto e uma sauda??o calorosa a todos, às vezes me permito dan?ar e cantar durante a aula. Essa energia positiva é perceptível pelos alunos, que, especialmente pela manh?, tendem a ser adolescentes sonolentos ou um pouco fechados. No entanto, n?o me deixo afetar pela apatia inicial deles. Meu objetivo é motivar e elevar o espírito de cada um. Muitos estudantes enfrentam adversidades em suas vidas, e acredito que ao compartilhar um pouco de alegria, posso inspirá-los a vislumbrar novas possibilidades.

Become trauma-informed and know how to create safety for children. In stress, the first thing they lose is their ability to learn (adults too, that's how neurobiology works). That safety is not something you DO, it's something you ARE. Especially children feel your safety or unsafety and respond to that via their mirror neurons. Everything starts with the teacher. So the ability of the teacher (or any other adult) to selfregulate is key for everybody. It's not about children showing their feelings, because behavior is a reaction to how they feel. When they feel anxious they can become angry or maybe they will comply extensively. It's all about safety and the co-regulation between teacher and child.

Emotional Intelligence very important in teaching learning environment. It matters the teacher-student, student-student, student-admin staff and teacher - teacher activities, approach and relations. The inter personal communication is the key in the teaching and learning environment. The emotional intelligence is one to one, it is behavior, attitudes, personal bonding etc. play an important role in establish relations and reactions. Students as learners needs care not only the subjective knowledge but also human connect. A good teaching and learning environment in an educational institution is the contribution from every one. It is very easy to break relations but it is very hard to make cordial relations displayed between teachers-students

For me, "gamification" of learning had done a lot to improve the teaching-learning environment. The hability to make mistakes in a safe invironment is key to learning and games provide a safe space for making mistakes.

From the book I have read, Closing the Attitude Gap by Faruti K. Kafele, Learners are diverse, we have to cater to the different needs and interests that they have. There are factors why some students are out of reach, and it is the teacher’s assignment to reach out for them. One of the reasons why students are not academically inclined or involved is because of the negative climate and culture of the school or the classroom itself. Setting a positive and reinforcing climate and culture is very important to educators. Schools must create and ensure a welcoming climate and culture for the students. It is important to take the perspectives of the students of what they see, hear, feel, and experience in the classroom.

One of the best things that any student can learn in the classroom is to have self-confidence. One of the best ways for a student to obtain self-confidence is by sharing in person in front of the class what they have been attempting to do with their class work. By having all of the students in a classroom share their work in front of the class in person, they learn public speaking, which will provide them with self-confidence then and in the future.

We mostly tend to remember experiences that have an emotional impact. Try to tie your lessons with emotions. Bring in excitement. Take inspiration from other teachers who do that as well as from numerous videos available online. This could include conducting activities in classrooms, incorporating games, storytelling and presentations, collaborative projects and the list goes on. Have the feedback loop open, keep experimenting and improving.

Je dis toujours que le r?le de l’enseignant est de rendre son cours intéressant. Cela implique aussi bien le contenu du cours dispensé que la manière orale de le présenter ainsi que les moyens technologiques pour le présenter. Les travaux demandés à la maison permettent aux étudiants de réfléchir sur un sujet et de pouvoir répondre à leur manière. Il peut être intéressant parfois de solliciter 1 élève pour donner un cours en classe, cela permet aux étudiants de s’exprimer mais également de se rendre compte du degré de difficultés que cela représente de donner un cours devant autant d’étudiants. Les élèves ne doivent pas subir les cours. Ils doivent être participatifs et même parfois créateurs.

Certains élèves ont la connaissance mais leur timidité et leur manque de confiance ne permettent pas d’exprimer complètement tout leur potentiel. L’enseignant doit identifier les domaines dans lesquels l’élève peut s’améliorer. L’enseignant doit trouver des mises en situations ou des exercices qui permettront à l’élève de prendre conscience de ces lacunes et l’aider ainsi à améliorer ces points-là. Cela doit se faire avec bienveillance et patience de la part de l’enseignant.

One can incorporate EI-related activities in the classroom to help students build these skills. I like to use games where there's plenty of social interaction, especially collaborative ones like Forbidden Island, to create opportunities for discussion.

Teach emotional and social skills like resilience, empathy, positive communication skills and compassion. But also how to navigate through emotions.

En Australie, on demande à l’étudiant de faire son auto-critique après une prestation. Seulement ensuite, l’enseignant réalise le débriefing de l’exercice. Cela permet à l’étudiant de réfléchir sur son action et d’émettre des avis positifs et négatifs sur sa prestation. L’étudiant doit gagner en autonomie et être capable de comprendre si sa performance a été satisfaisante ou si celle-ci peut être améliorée. L’enseignant est ici pour l’accompagner avec tout son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. L’enseignant aidera l’étudiant à gagner en autonomie, en compétence mais également à devenir un vrai professionnel.

Le professeur a autant à apprendre que l’étudiant dans ses échanges avec sa classe. L’enseignant doit mettre à profit son expérience professionnelle, personnelle et passée car lui même était un étudiant à un moment donné. Les compétences seules peuvent ne pas suffire si celles-ci ne sont pas mises à profit. Il faut optimiser la communication. L’étudiant qui est un futur professionnel doit se sentir confiant et s?r de lui pour exprimer ses connaissances et performer. L’étudiant a donc bien besoin de bienveillance de la part de ses camarades de classe, de la part de ses enseignants mais également de la part de la pédagogie, de l’administration et la direction de son école pour évoluer sereinement dans son école.

Its is also important to design a student led teaching approach. Everyone learns differently the teaching method and content should be driven at the students' pace. There should be variation and students' abilities should drive the teaching. This can be done by taking frequent reflections from the student and considering to buil on their reflections.
