Adapting technology in the teaching and learning environment needs careful mix. Learning environment is studetns, the teaching enviroment is teacher based. Observe the GAP between the studetns and teachers. The technology is in between them Using ICT tolls becomes FASHION. But the teacher may like to use the tool (it is one) but what about the learner they are diverse, it may be easy for some but not for all. So technology with non technology means of teaching is essential fo every one to get benefit. Communication and creative skill can be developed easily among the studetns with out any means of technology simply create a platform in the class and train students to speak, disucss in a small groups and use aids (charts) to present.
