A la par de sus objetivos, se deben de identificar fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad de los colaboradores; para poder incentivarlos a desarrollar sus habilidades en las áreas que más les interesan en sus actividades dentro de la empresa. Para que así a su vez se puedan explorar otras posibilidades que demuestren sus cualidades. Igual que identificar su forma de trabajo y esparcimiento, tomando como ejemplo el método pomodoro, para dar paso a descansos mentales dentro de sus actividades cotidianas, sin caer en la procrastinación.
