It is very important to avoid bias and have a clear and defined set of objectives and measurement criteria. It is a good idea to have an experienced HR manager to ensure smooth communication and cooperation, as well as to avoid and resolve possible conflicts.

Also very important, though fundamental, to check whether the individual has been assigned the exact role as per his competency & interest level. Assuming qualification & experience should never be a mismatch, but has the functional leadership and HR team assigned the right job to the right candidate ? Example- within Finance- the team member with fascination and keen interest in controls should not be given FP&A but should be made the Finance controller. CFO and CHRO must ensure that. Also within HR, the member with high level of interpersonal skills, empathy and interest should be in HRBP and not payroll or compliance or TA. This will bring out the best from the employee and hence assessments made on his work output will be fair.

Na minha opini?o deve-se criar margens de resultados e n?o só acima de determinada margem. O feedback individual deve existir, sendo elogios em público e outras situa??es devem ser em particular.

Alguns indicadores podem ser ruins e difíceis de serem alcan?ados, porém se n?o forem expostos, serem transparentes, nunca se terá como o objetivo o trabalho de enfrentamento do problema. Pode ser difícil, mas a divulga??o transparente de metas e resultados, faz com que tds participem do diagnóstico e busquem solu??es como foco o resultado final. The power of touch and eye contact can’t be measured as KPIs, but they build trust through empathy, belief, and hope. In healthcare, we offer possibilities, hope, and beliefs, with clinical processes achieving these outcomes.
