It must be designed arround playability for all levels. There are many examples. First you can create landing areas for all levels of golfers, this can also include multiple tee locations if only a single landing area is available. The course must have holes that are risk and reward, to challenge the skilled golfer while allowing the less skilled a playable experience, or perhaps a greater challenge. Greens should have multiple pin placing options. This will allow a balance of hole locations in a round, 6 easy, 6 medium or 6 hard. Alternatively a easy 18, medium 18 or a championship layout. There are many such similar examples to keep it playable for all levels of golf.

Periodically assessing your course's design and layout helps you ensure it offers a variety of challenges and caters to players of different skill levels. You can provide golfers with unique challenges and a course that allows them to problem-solve.
