I would follow these steps to ensure consideration from all stakeholders. 1. Identify relevent Stakeholders including those who are not directly involved in the decision making 2. Categorize stakeholders based on their influence, interest, and their roles. 3. Gather their Input through survey, formal/informal discussion to get their insights and concerns. 4. Facilitate transparent and open communication with stakeholders during the decision-making. This helps them understand the your prespective as well as perspectives of other stakeholders. This helps in avoiding any future conflicts. 5. In case there is a conflict, work towards aligning the stakeholders by highlighting shared shared goals and data driven insights.

Evaluate if temporary workaround is required & possible with no to minimal risk for existing problem, if so then set that up 4. Get single team member nominated by each stakeholder for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) 5. Set up timeline & schedule regular RCA updates 6. Review RCA outcomes with stakeholders & review suggested solutions 7. Evaluate risks with solutions to ensure impact is clear 8. Review cost of each solution 9. Decide & execute

To tackle a complex problem while ensuring all stakeholder perspectives are considered, I begin by identifying all relevant parties. I organize workshops or meetings to create an open dialogue, encouraging active participation and listening. I use surveys or interviews to capture diverse views, especially from those who may not speak up in group settings. Throughout the process, I ensure transparency by sharing findings and refining solutions based on feedback. This inclusive approach helps build trust and leads to more well-rounded, sustainable solutions.

Ensure stakeholder perspectives are fully integrated by identifying all relevant parties, engaging them early, and gathering insights. Feedback is prioritized based on impact and feasibility, while regular updates keep everyone aligned and involved. This approach ensures solutions are well-rounded, flexible, and widely supported.
