1- Evaluar si la organización está anuente a innovar o quedarse en la seguridad de lo conocido. 2- La innovación debe ser gradual, de lo contrario será traumático para los miembros del equipo, sobre todo si la organización posee muchos vicios de procesos. 3- Antes de innovar es necesario estudiar los procesos de la organización para minimizar el desperdicio y maximizar la eficiencia en las fases del proyecto. 4- El proceso de innovar debe de ir acompa?ado de un cambio de mentalidad, para el cual será necesario la capacitación del equipo. 5-Se debe tener el cuidado, o la experiencia necesaria, para proponer una innovación que provea valor agregado al cliente y beneficio económico a la organización, y que sea sostenible.
